Dancer of the Month & Visitation Week!

Don't forget that our yearly visitation week runs Saturday, 12/15 - Thursday 12/20. Our company holiday party/rehearsal is Thursday 12/20 from 5 -8, so there is no visitation at the main studio that night. Our 789s will have it in the mini studio.

Our holiday break runs Friday, 12/21 = Friday, 1/4, with classes resuming as usual on Saturday, 1/5. Make sure that your 1st semester account balance is PAID IN FULL by 12/20 so that your dancer can return for our 2nd semester in January! 

We hope you all have an amazing holiday break, and we can't wait to see you in 2019!

2018 - 2019 SEASON

2018 - 2019 Audition Results

After much deliberation, we are excited to announce our placements for our 2018 - 2019 season. We would like to thank you all for coming out for a dance company for our 16^th season of dance! This was truly a record year for our auditions with a total of 84 dancers auditioning! We can’t thank you enough for being such a special part of the studio. You all did a great job, and we truly appreciate your dedication and hard work. We are very proud of each and every one of you. We are so excited about this next dance season, and we feel confident that we have place you appropriately to compliment your ability levels. Please trust us in our decision and we will definitely have a great year! Please remember that these decisions are final. Please do not call in attempt to change the results. If we feel that any placements need to be changed, we will approach the dancer after a few weeks of class. We have saw so much improvement in all of you over this past season, and we can't wait to keep pushing you and seeing your technique grow and mature over this next season. 

We will be updating your accounts asap to reflect audition results as well as the add on classes you will be taking. If you have set up your online account, as soon as that is done you'll be able to pay your remaining September balance at that time or at the studio starting on the 10th. Remember that you've already paid a non-refundable $130 tuition fee at registration that will go toward your September tuition! Thank you again for auditioning, and we will see you the week of September 10th!

ATTENTION DANCERS! We are so excited to announce our 2018 - 2019 season schedule! SPRING & SUMMER CLASSES 2018

We hope you can join us for our Spring & Summer sessions! We offer 2 different sessions that are 4 weeks each. All classes are designed to strengthen the dancers technique and help them get ready for next season and our company auditions which take place on August 27 & 28 this year! CONCERT 2018

We are so excited for everyone to see this year's 15TH ANIVERSARY show, and to see all of our students shine up in the SPOTLIGHT! There will be a sheet posted at the Theatre to help assist in the re-sale of tickets. Please remember that all re-sales will be handled between ticket holders. We do still have seats available for our Sunday night show at 6 pm!

Don't forget that classes continue in the studio until Sunday May 6th. Starting Monday, May 7th all rehearsals will be down at the U of M Flint Theatre.

CONCERT 2018 REHEARSAL & PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE!

Don't forget about next week's Spring Concert rehearsals and shows! Everything scheduled during this week is held at the U of M Flint Theatre. There are NO CLASSES held at the studio next week! The schedule is as follows:

Monday: May 7th

• 5:00 p.m.: Red, White & Blue Company, Adagio & Funkdafied dancers only! (No costumes on this day. BRING ALL SHOES & wear dance attire!)

Tuesday: May 8th -

Full costume dress rehearsal! This will be our longest night! Thank you for your patience and cooperation!! Dancers will be allowed to sit in the audience when they are not dancing at this rehearsal.

• 4:00 p.m.: Miss Emileigh's Saturday 3 & 4's
• 4:30 p.m.: Miss Kacy's Saturday 5, 6 & 7's
• 5:30 p.m.: All other dancers in 7, 8 & 9's and UP! 

Starting at 5:30 we will run through the Finale with ALL DANCERS. Once this is through and all announcements are made, we will excuse the 3 -7 year old dancers and then start at the top of the show. This will be a late night. We will have to stop and start to make sure all 7 and Up non-company dances are blocked on stage for the dancers. Once dancers have done all of their routines they will be free to leave because we already ran through the Finale at 5:30!

Wednesday: May 9th-

Full costume dress rehearsal! This rehearsal will run as close to the show as possible! Feel free to come and watch! Having an audience makes it a more real experience for the dancers and there is no charge! We also are in need of parent volunteers to help with the dancers backstage for this rehearsal. Dancers will NOT be allowed in the audience because we treat this just like a show!

• 4:00 p.m.: Miss Emileigh's Wednesday 3 & 4's (Both classes)
• 4:30 p.m. Miss Emileigh's Tuesday 5, 6 & 7's
• 5:30 p.m.: All other dancers in 7, 8 & 9's and UP!

Starting at 5:30 we will run through the Finale with ALL DANCERS. Once this is through and all announcements are made, we will excuse the 3 -7 year old dancers and then start at the top of the show. We only stop if there is an emergency reason, we should be out by a good time on this night! 

Thursday: May 10th: Evening Show

• Dancers called at 6 p.m.
• Show starts at 7 p.m.

Friday: May 11th: Evening Show

• Dancers called at 6 p.m.
• Show starts at 7 p.m.

Saturday: May 12th: Matinee & Evening Shows

USHERS & BACKSTAGE VOLUNTEERS:

If you are signed up to work as an Usher or Backstage we will need you to be at the Theatre 1 hour prior to the start of the show and find Stacy Koresh or Danielle Baszler. Stacy & Danielle are our backstage coordinators and they will give you direction from there!

Your Recital fee is due with your  JANUARY PAYMENT the week of January 3RD!   * $130 for your first dancer,  and $30 each additional dancer in the family.

Your 2018 RECITAL FEE for our 2018 Spring Concert is NOW DUE with your JANUARY PAYEMENT! This fee will also include 5 tickets for our Spring Concert, which you will need to choose your assigned seats on Sunday, March 25th from 1 - 3 p.m. Remember all fees and tuition will need to be paid in full by March 25th to select your tickets!
