2014 Picture prices are as follows:
TICKETS SALES 2014 begin Sunday, March 30th from 1- 3:30. You have gotten a handout with this information already, but in case you've misplaced it, here it is again!
- Don't forget that if you'd like to sign up to work backstage or as an usher for any of our shows they will be posted on Monday, March 24th. In doing this we hope it is easier for you to select your initial set of tickets as you will already know when/if you are volunteering. The backstage sign up sheets will be posted in the studio that your child attends class in, and the Usher sign-up sheets will be up at the Main Studio only. Feel free to come in and sign up at either studio during open studio hours during that week. As in years past, we would like to request that you only sign up to volunteer backstage for 1 show and to usher for 1 show, should we need more help we will definitely reach out to those that have volunteered to see if they would like to fill in the open slots. Thank you so much for your help! We truly couldn’t do it without you!!!
- Want to buy an AD for your dancer of business!? We will start selling these on March 29th at Non- Company Picture day & March 30th during ticket sales! *All Ads’ must be received by Sunday, April 13th
CONCERT TICKET SALES 2014
You will receive your initial set of tickets that you receive with your recital fee. This fee was due with your January payment. ALL TICKETS ARE RESERVED SEATING, so make sure to come in or call on the assigned ticket days! Tickets will not be given or saved for anyone who is not paid in full through May. All monthly payments through May, Costume Fees, Recital Fees and Competition Fees must be paid in Full. You can pay your bill at ticket sales. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. We will not be organizing any exchanging of tickets! All ticket exchanges will be done between ticket holders.YOU MAY GET YOUR INITIAL RECITAL FEE TICKETS ON, Sunday, March 30th: 1p.m. – 3:30p.m.
*If your balance is paid you can order your tickets over the phone after 1 p.m. on March 30th. 810-742-7414 OR 810-444-0206.
*You can start purchasing additional tickets for $15 per ticket on Sunday April 13th from 1- 3:30 p.m. Please try to spread you family and friends throughout all 5 shows. We want everyone to enjoy the show, and hope we can all work together to make that possible.
*PLEASE NOTE: TO HELP WITH THE HIGH DEMAND FOR FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT’S TICKETS AND TO HELP SPREAD THESE TICKETS AMONG OUR SPOTLIGHT FAMILIES, WE WILL BE LIMITING TICKET SALES ON APRIL 13TH TO A MAXIMUM PURCHASES OF 6 EXTRA TICKETS PER SHOW FOR FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT’S SHOWS ALL OTHER SHOWS WILL HAVE NO LIMITS ON HOW MANY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO BUY. After the 13th whatever tickets are left will be up for grabs! Thank you for your cooperation! Please plan accordingly!!!
NON-COMPANY Cd's ARE NOW FOR SALE FOR $5 AND INCLUDE ALL EDITED MUSIC THAT EACH CLASS WILL BE DOING IN THE SPRING CONCERT! Company Cd's will be available soon!
